Both the Holy Qur’an and the Blessed Injeel agree that Hazrat Isa ( ع ) was taken up to Allah by God himself.
إِذْ قَالَ اللَّهُ يَا عِيسَى إِنِّي مُتَوَفِّيكَ وَرَافِعُكَ إِلَيَّ وَمُطَهِّرُكَ مِنَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَجَاعِلُ الَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوكَ فَوْقَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ ثُمَّ إِلَيَّ مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَأَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ فِيمَا كُنْتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ
“Allah said, “Isa, I will make you die and raise you up to me, and purify you from the disbelievers, and make your followers higher than the disbelievers until the day of resurrection. Then you will return to me and I will judge between you in matters about which you differ.”

بَلْ رَفَعَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا
But Allah raised him up to himself.
Holy Quran | Al Nisa 4:158
ὁ θεὸς τῶν πατέρων ἡμῶνἤγειρεν Ἰησοῦν, ὃν ὑμεῖς διεχειρίσασθε κρεμάσαντες ἐπὶ ξύλου: τοῦτον ὁ θεὸς ἀρχηγὸν καὶ σωτῆρα ὕψωσεν τῇ δεξιᾷ αὐτοῦ, [τοῦ] δοῦναι μετάνοιαν τῷ Ἰσραὴλ καὶ ἄφεσιν ἁμαρτιῶν.
The God of our forefathers raised up Jesus, whom you seized and killed by hanging him on a tree. God exalted him to his right hand as Leader and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins.

We see that the Holy Qur’an and the Blessed Injeel agree that Allah raised up Hazrat Isa ( ع ) to Himself.
This is how it is possible for him to have this unique title, The One Raised by Allah to Himself. That remarkable title is not given to anyone else in the Holy Qur’an.
